Why me? – Why NOT you?

September 24, 2015 by Lamisha

I shared this message with my newsletter folks this week and it was such a powerful message that I was inspired to share it (and the special offer) with you.

There is a huge problem I am seeing lately and it’s stealing joy, spark, and the potential for dreams to come true from so many amazing women it makes me ill.

It’s an epidemic and I’m here to set the record straight.

The problem: Feeling unworthy of creating and living the life of your dreams.

Everyday I chat with women who somehow feel like they don’t measure up to the amazing visions they have in their minds about what they want their lives to be.

They make excuses about how they can’t have this or that because ‘Who am I to have the love, riches, community, joy, compassion, adventure etc. that I desire?‘

Who are you NOT to?

If there is one thing I have learned in the years I have been on this planet it is that we are here to experience life and enjoy it.

We are here to connect, serve, help, learn, love, and share our lives with others.

We are human beings for goodness sake! We have incredible senses that allow us to enjoy a multitude of experiences including food, sex, entertainment, and everything else life has to offer and yet there are far too many women denying themselves of the very dreams that keep them going because they feel unworthy.

I’ll give you that we often live in a warped reality where people think you must do something to earn your joy, but that’s a reality I’m not buying into.

I don’t believe in the idea that you have to work for 50 years in a job you hate to be able to spend a few years doing what you love.

I don’t believe that you must sacrifice your happiness now for more happiness later or that you have to work ‘hard’ for money to make a living.

I don’t believe you have to DO something in order to be worthy of the very desires that set your soul on fire.

Despite what you may have been taught by parents, teachers, society and the like, you are enough.

Let me say that again… YOU. ARE. ENOUGH.

You are worthy of your dreams simply by the air that you breathe and no I don’t particularly care about the past mistakes, mishaps, or misfortunes you’ve had because they don’t matter.  What matters is your determination to move forward.

YOU get to decide what this life experience will be for you.

YOU get to decide when you take the leap and when you don’t.

And YOU get to decide if and when you are worthy to move forward and truly make a change in your life.

The truth is the only way you wouldn’t be worthy of being, having, and doing all the things you want to do in this life is simply by thinking that you are unworthy.  That’s it.

Clearly this is a topic I am deeply passionate about and I know there are so many women dealing with this very issue that I want…better yet, I NEED to help.

So from now until the end of September, I am offering one-time single 60-minute sessions for $97.

These sessions are best used for one particular issue/struggle you have right now.  If you need help around this idea of being ‘worthy’, a pep talk, uplifting, mindset work, need help making a decision, or you’ve been thinking of working with a coach and just want to give it a try, this is for you.

Now I don’t do this often and I’m not sure if/when I’ll do it again, so if this speaks to you then get on this before the offer goes away.

Want in?  Hit the button below and grab your spot and I look forward to chatting with you soon!

Have You Identified Your B.S. (It’s not what you think.)

August 26, 2014 by Lamisha

B.S. _

Hey Lovely!

I know you.

You’re the kind of woman who knows what she wants and has no problem making shit happen.  Your vision is clear and you are no stranger to putting in the effort to make your dreams come true.  That’s how you got to be where you are.

People look at you and are in awe.  Your power, energy, magic, and positive vibes make people come out of the woodwork to connect with you.

It’s no surprise really, I mean you exude success at every turn and people are taking notice.  You are a force to be reckoned with for sure and there are tons of people who admire you.  Truth be told, they want what you have so they can make that magic happen in their own lives.

Passion pours from your soul and whether you are writing, designing, coaching, crafting, singing, dancing, performing, selling, speaking, consulting, organizing, healing, teaching, or anything else that happens to be your gift, you are simply fantastic….

At least that’s how they see it right?

But you and I know the truth, we know the WHOLE story.

Beyond the magic, miracles, success, drive, passion, and purpose there is something that you just don’t want to think about (let alone discuss with your admirers).

It’s the challenge that keeps rearing its ugly head no matter what you do.

That area of your life that can at times cause you to forget about all of the other amazing things that you bring to the table because that one thing is off.  And try as you might, you have not been able to tick that box.

You’ve read the books, repeated the affirmations, and maybe even tried to wrestle that damn thing to the ground, but to no avail.

You know what I call that?

That my dear, is your BLIND SPOT (or rather a symptom of your blind spot) and before you worry your pretty little head about it, I want you to know that we all have one (or two or three).

Your Blind Spot is the thing you can’t quite see that is holding you back.

Have you ever wondered why life coaches have their own coaches?  It’s because of that dreaded Blind Spot.

When you are immersed in your own life or business, you are simply too close to see what you are unconsciously saying, doing, believing, etc. and you likely aren’t aware of what is holding you back.  And knowing what isn’t working in your life or business (i.e. the symptom) is the first step in identifying and clearing your Blind Spot.

The truth is this: Our Blind Spots bull shit us.

They make us believe we aren’t good enough in some capacity and can leave us feeling frustrated, sad, angry, and at times worthless which causes us to ignore our greatness.

Tell me this: What is your Blind Spot costing you?

Happiness? Money? Clients? Bliss? Your dreams? Love? Romance? Adventure? Time?

Is it worth it?

I can tell you from experience it’s not.  Life is too short to go on with a block that can be illuminated and cleared with a bit of assistance.

Lucky for you, I am the Blind Spot Expert and have recently been through my own clearing that has taught me some amazing lessons that I will be sharing with you along with information on how I can help you identify and clear your own Blind Spot.

But for today I want to know this:

What is that thing that isn’t working in your life or business and what is it costing you right now? (I’ll give you a hint.  It’s the first thing that you thought of when you read that line.)

Share your answer in the comments below.  We are in this together because I guarantee we all have one! Let’s get it out in the open so we can clear it and take your life, your business, and your dreams to amazing new heights!
