You’re lost and maybe a bit scattered. Second guessing yourself and wondering if you are even worthy of living the life you so desperately desire.

I watch you playing small or in some cases not at all because “what if it doesn’t work???”

You watch, debate, step out a bit-then immediately back in because (GASP) what if you actually fail?

What if you actually succeed beyond your wild imagination and you can’t handle it all?
I see you. I know you because I WAS YOU—> and sometimes I still AM YOU.
I get scared. I let fear drive the bus and I fall victim to victim thinking!
My mindset gets scattered and I allow my OLD programming to take over because if I’m not actively working on expanding and upleveling my vision of what I want my life to be, I go back to my old normal.
More specifically…
- Money dries up
- I question my self worth
- I feel like I have nothing to give to anyone and I should just close up shop because what’s the frickin’ point?! (<—usually happens once a month if you know what I mean.)
But worst of all….I WONDER IF I CAN ACTUALLY DO THIS.
And by “this” I simply mean all the things I’ve come here to do…empower, lead, teach, write, inspire, uplift, and change the world to be exact.
But then I REMEMBER…
I remember the thing that I see you have forgotten and that is this…
YOU are an UNLIMITED BEING and you have the ABILITY to create your reality as you wish.
Bells, whistles, bows, and nice handbags?….Done.
Partner of your dreams, amazing love, and endless chocolate?…Done.
Health, wealth, and adventures galore?…It’s YOURS.
You don’t have to worry about HOW, or WHEN or IF it’s going to happen, because when you create an unshakable mindset that flows and grows and expands your experience on a DAILY basis—> YOU CAN’T GO WRONG
When you know you are unlimited in what you can achieve and you OWN that power—> you become a force to be reckoned with and you actively create a life that is unlike anything you’ve ever imagined.
Will there be challenges?
Absolutely, and lots of lessons too, but they won’t last long because you KNOW how to harness the power of your mind to CHOOSE a different reality.
You always have a choice about what to think, how to respond, and where you place your focus. So, why not spend a bit more time working intentionally with your mindset so you accept AND expect miracles to happen for you regularly?
A few ways you can do this now:
- Identify what you WANT to be your reality– Get into the knitty gritty. Be crystal clear and totally honest with yourself about what it is you want to create in your life. Imagine you had one wish that would grant your every desire…what would you ask for in this 1 wish?
- Make a conscious and daily effort to embody that vision. OWN that reality like it was your job and feel what it would feel like to have it all right now. Get comfy with that process and every time your mind wanders into worry or you get yanked back into your old thinking, remind yourself that you are an unlimited being.
- Unapologetically identify & clear limiting beliefs. Your beliefs are like an onion and while the process will get easier, there will likely always be new beliefs to uncover and shed. We are always growing and expanding and like Abraham Hicks says- you never get it done, so keep doing the work and get rid of the thoughts and beliefs that are keeping you playing small. YOU are meant for greatness as we all are, never forget that.
I get that you may feel lost right now and you may wonder how the hell you are supposed to imagine all the things you desire and LIVE from that place when your actual “reality” is far less than you desire.
You begin by KNOWING that what you see in your external ‘reality’ is merely a reflection of what you’ve been thinking and accepting.
Let me say that again.
What you SEE in your current reality aka your bank account, how you feel, your business, relationships, body, mind, and everything else is merely a REFLECTION of what you are THINKING & BELIEVING.
So…if you don’t like what you are seeing, then it’s time to do the INNER WORK.
The dirty work of digging up the beliefs that are keeping your current reality less than what you desire and replacing and reprogramming your mindset to one that expects all the amazing things you want to unfold in your life.
THAT’S the work and it’s where change begins.
