My Friday Faves (Episode 1)

This is a new series I will be doing each week to share some of my favorite things.

Each week may be a little different as I share the latest books I’m reading (and loving), videos that hit home, and/or random things I have fallen in love with at the moment.

It’s sure to be an adventure so sit back, relax, and enjoy!

This week’s Friday Faves are a no-brainer because I’m LOVING so much right now.

Videos:  Recently I’ve fallen back in love with all things Abraham Hicks and I just can’t seem to get enough of the high vibe conversations. I do a quick YouTube search and select a video at random.  Here are a few of my faves this week.

Manifesting- Keep thinking of what you want

If it’s easy you are on the path

What I’m reading:  Had I written this just a week ago, the book I am sharing with you would be completely different, but this week something really cool happened when I listened to my intuition (imagine that) and I want to share the quick backstory with you!

Last weekend while running errands with my family, I ended up killing time in a used bookstore (also one of my faves).  While I was looking around with no intention of buying any books (because I have a stack that I’m currently reading), I was guided to the back of the store.

While I was looking at all the books in the back of the store, I stumbled upon a book called Conversations with God by Neale Donald Walsch.  Now if you don’t know about this book (and I didn’t) this is actually a series of books and the book I found was Book 3.

Behind it was also Book 2, but Book 1 was nowhere to be found.  A bit disgruntled (because if I was going to read this book I wanted to start with Book 1), I decided to buy Book 3 (after a long conversation in my head about not needing anymore books etc.)

Turns out this was the BEST decision I could have ever made.  This book is SO enlightening and powerful that it has blown my mind and soul wide open!  If you feel called to read it, do yourself a favor and grab it.  It is by far one of my favorites right now.

Self-care Ritual:  This week has also been pretty busy and I’ve been feeling the call to do a bit more self-care.  I’ll admit, my self-care rituals shift from week-to-week depending on my mood, but this week it’s all about…

  • A 30-45 Minute Sweat Sesh
  • Detox Bath (with epsom salts and essential oils)
  • Lemon water (my absolute FAVE)
  • Snuggling in bed with a good book

If you don’t have a self-care ritual, I highly recommend you try the one above.  You can thank me later!

Last but not least (and honestly a little bit random as it has nothing to do with coaching) is my current favorite breakfast choice.

Now, I’m usually not a creature of habit when it comes to what I eat, but lately I’ve fallen in love with the simplicity and deliciousness of a new oatmeal I found a few weeks ago.  The oatmeal is called Think Thin (maybe it’s the name that got me with mindset and all).  It is so yummy and comes in a few different flavors and honestly, it’s all I’ve been eating in the morning for the last several weeks.

So, there you have it!  A few of my favorite things this week.  I’d love to know your thoughts and if you’ve tried any of the above.  What are YOU lovin’ this week?

P.S.  I also wanted to let you know that I am filling my 1:1 spots for the rest of 2017, so if you have been feeling the call to connect, transform, and up-level your life then make sure you reach out SOON.  Check out my current programs here and hit the link below to book a free-consultation.
